Edutiger.in requests all its customers to properly check the Book details page and other product details before placing an order to know about what you will get. Edutiger.in may ask for relevant proofs or evidence as and when
required for facilitating returns.
How To Return An Item Purchased at Edutiger.in?
If you want to return the packet, please contact us with the reason for return at [email protected]. We will look into the matter and see if we find it’s an authentic case of return we will issue you a Return Authorization Note or RAN. You just need to take the
printout of this Return Authorization Notes and fix it on the returning package.
All return orders should be properly packed to save from damages and bear the return numbers on it. Contact us at [email protected] to get the return number. All return packets should be sent traceable so that we can check the packet status as and when required.
Packet NOT sent traceable may NOT be eligible for a refund.
What Eligibility Is Needed To Receive A Full Refund?
To be considered eligible for a full refund, all books must be in their original packaging, book spine intact, no excessive damage to cover or contents and other products also in their original packaging and without any damage. Refund of the purchase price of
items would depend on the nature and reason of return.
Conditions for initiating a return: We may offer 100% return or, at our discretion, refund item(s) in cases where:
Incorrect or wrong product delivered
Number of products sent more than asked
Products damaged badly in transition (a photograph of the defective or damaged product may be asked for in this case)
